Sure, it's the last day of Women's History Month, but this woman is "having her say" before the day ends!
ReplyDeleteWomen have birthed the babies, loved the men, worked the farms, buried the dead, fought the wars (at home and abroad), and many other things that we never receive just credit for doing. So now we have men telling us what we can and cannot do regarding our bodies!!! Are they crazy???? Don't they realize that some of us intentionally killed some of the men we helped to bury?
All jokes aside, this must stop! If their insurance plans (including medicaid and medicare) cover them for viagra (can you believe it), then our plans must cover us for birth control and any other treatment we deem necessary for our health and existence.
We have cared for them from cradle to grave, and if they wish to continue that long, trusting relationship, then they must treat us with respect! Aretha made THAT clear a long, long time ago!!-----Debra
